Sarah (DeWolf) Pinto, CAP®, CFRE – Co-Founder, Team Nonprofit LLC
Sarah Pinto has spent her entire career helping nonprofits grow, thrive, and change the world—one donor at a time. A fundraiser, writer, and nonprofit strategist, she’s the kind of person who actually loves talking about planned giving, donor psychology, and the art of making generosity irresistible.
Armed with a CAP® and CFRE, a background in digital marketing, and a deep passion for philanthropy, Sarah has worked with organizations big and small to turn good intentions into real impact. But she kept running into the same problem: fundraisers shouldn’t have to search the ends of the earth to find the resources they need. So, she co-founded Team Nonprofit LLC, a growing hub of knowledge, connections, and support for the people who make generosity happen.
When she’s not geeking out over donor engagement strategies, you can probably find her at Disney with her husband, Andrew, cuddling her dogs, or lost in a good crime novel. Sara is proud to call herself a fundraiser. She believes that fundraisers are the unsung heroes of society and is on a mission to make sure they get the support they deserve.
Andrew Pinto – Co-Founder, Team Nonprofit LLC
Andrew Pinto comes from the for-profit world, where he’s spent years balancing mission and the bottom line. But thanks to his wife (and business partner), Sarah, he’s gained a deep appreciation for philanthropy and the power of generosity to transform lives. Now, as Co-Founder of Team Nonprofit LLC, he’s committed to making it easier for fundraisers and mission-driven professionals to find the resources they need to succeed.
Andrew is especially passionate about endowed funds and the long-term impact they create—ensuring that today’s generosity fuels tomorrow’s change. He firmly believes that businesses and nonprofits aren’t so different when it comes to strategy, sustainability, and innovation, and he’s dedicated to supporting both sectors as they work to build a better world.
When he’s not working behind the scenes at Team Nonprofit LLC, you’ll probably find him diving into a great book, jamming out to his latest music obsession, or spoiling his and Sarah’s two dogs. He’s also Sarah’s permanent gala date, ensuring every fundraising event comes with great company (and hopefully good hors d’oeuvres).
